In the same time frame:
Angela referred to herself as Anastaysha or Anya in our communiques.... and also asked that I refer to her
as "A2" because of the other "anya" in my circle...yes, she is a bit of a wit!
This is moi with an ex-muse, backstage after her recital at Zellerbach Hall in Berkeley, Calif., several years ago...
The soprano is very much an EX-confidante-friend, EX-correspondent,and EX-DAer...
She's enriched many lives with her music! She suggested this DA ID "dofaust" for me - which is another story....
The nickname her colleagues have given her is "La Vampirette" - and not without good reason......
but as I said, she has a sense of humor, and for awhile thought seriously of commissioning a libretto
for an opera of that name!
