I must assume that there a truly fabulous translation
of Prof Tolkien's trilogy, en francais 
( Ferré-Lauzon-Riggs 1972?), so, I must leave that
to your imagination dear artist :D

Prof Tolkien (and Prof Lewis) know ancient languages better than most rabbinical scholars, and most western languages with a literature, and there so many Hebrew symbols in his works, that I am beginning to think he was a closeted, honorary member of the tribe.
